When you fill in the form on SolarBenelux, we collect:
- First name and last name

- Phone number

- Roof surface area (estimated)
- Annual electricity consumption
- Property type (owner/tenant)
Additionally, the following is automatically collected:
- IP address (anonymised via Google Analytics)
- Browser type and operating system
We do not collect sensitive data (health, political beliefs, etc.).

3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is used for:
- Forwarding to installers: your request is forwarded to qualified solar energy installers in the Bobex Benelux network so they can send you a quote.
- Contact: professionals contact you directly to discuss your project and prepare a quote.
- Service improvement: anonymised statistics help us improve our website.
We do not send newsletters or marketing messages without your explicit consent.
4. Recipients of Your Data
Your data may be shared with:
- Bobex Benelux network: your personal data is forwarded to verified solar energy installers via the Bobex platform so they can send you a quote.
- Google Analytics (GA4): for anonymised visitor statistics. IP addresses are anonymised. No personal data is transmitted to Google.
Your data is not sold to third parties.
5. Retention Period
Your request data is stored for a maximum of 30 days on our servers and then automatically and permanently deleted. Bobex applies its own retention policy for data processed through their platform.
Log files (without personal data) may be retained longer for security purposes.
